Raymond has formal qualifications in Behavioural Sciences, Government Investigation, Community Services and Workplace Health and Safety. He has previously worked in the construction, security and community services sectors and he brings to the table a deep understanding of the behavioural science that is so critical to the success of public place recycling programs.
Raymond is a social scientist and project manager with extensive experience working for government agencies in Australia.

Cristina is marketing and communications specialist who facilitates on-unit educational messaging and guides EcoBox clients with pre- and post-implementation communications designed to help raise community awareness and engagement.
Cristina’s contribution to the company’s projects is in devising communications strategies, creating, editing and proofing content.

Ken is a mechanical engineer who works with Silvia and the client to ensure the design and functionality of each EcoBox complies with government standards, is localised for environmental conditions, and is suitable for the recyclable materials the unit is intended to store.
Carmen is a mechanical engineer. She is specialist in plastics. She does the design and engineering of our EcoBoxes.
